- Elenco
Blanca Ordaz is a 2X award winning young Latina actress born and raised in California.
She was selected by Nickelodeon to be a part of an intense improv training course. There, Blanca learned how to better understand and truly master her craft. These courses were taught by The Groundlings Theatre with instructors Corey Podell, and she later participated in courses taught by Mary Scheer.
Blanca also works with Alisa Reyes (LaCienega from The Proud Family and The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder) and Bettina Devin (Rent) for Voice Over and Scene training.
Blanca also loves performing live. She has Musical Theatre and Improv experience. Blanca was taught by instructors from the Bay Area Children's Theatre.
Blanca considers herself an old soul and is inspired by innovative actors such as Lucille Ball, Judy Garland, Jane Fonda, and Julie Andrews. Don't worry, she has some new favorites that she aspires to be like too. Blanca also takes cues from inspiring actresses such as Sadie Sink, Sara Hyland, Emma Watson, Francia Raisa, and Florence Pugh
As a Latina in the industry, Blanca loves being a part of stories that talk about and represent her culture in a positive light. She also isn't afraid to be a part of stories that make you feel uncomfortable to get the right message out. Her current work reflects just that. You can check her out in "1,2,3, All Eyes On Me" on HBO Max, and also in "Death And Deathability" on PBS.
