After his successful pro-hockey career, he became a coach. Spent
several seasons in NHL playing for Edmonton Oilers and Vancouver
Canucks. As a coach he took over Team Finland and took them into their
best ever achievement, a 3-2 loss to Canada in 2004 World Cup Final.
Soon after that he got fired.
