His orchestrations have been performed by the National Symphony, the Boston Pops, the BBC Orchestra, at Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, the White House and around the world.

Cutrone's publicly exhibited video art works include "Use It Up and Wear It Out" (with Dawn Patch, 1991, 4 minutes), "Ghost Body" (1993, 20 minutes), "IDI" (1995, 7 minutes), "message from the messenger: three poems by Paul Celan" (1996, 17 minutes), and "Movie" (1998, 3 minutes).
