Aaron J Monson first began his career working as a production assistant in the commercial film production industry, in Kansas City. His diverse experience working in each department over his near 8 years as a professional freelancer allowed him the leverage to network with the best crew in the market, to which he communicates regularly to service clients from throughout the globe. His experience in the film industry was complimented his military training and experience where he served; first as an enlisted soldier and then an officer focused on international relations. His knowledge of leadership, technology, and business stemming from his military training, civilian education, and independent studies provided him the foundation needed to establish relationships with business owners, investors, industry tradesmen, and local political leaders which aided in the development of his career as a career filmmaker in the Kansas City market. His skill and expertise has solidified his position as a cornerstone member of the local market. He is able to perform at an industry standard that is only seen in larger film markets, which is why projects like "Bel-Air 2019" had an opportunity to exceed expectations.
