Saleh Sobhan Auneem, a former data analyst, left the corporate world to pursue a passion that he cherished from his teen years-filmmaking. Starting as an assistant director, in 2013 he co-founded Film Noir, where he has played a significant role in each of its projects either as a director, producer, editor, or colorist.
With Projonmo Talkies, a series of shorts, he made his first foray into the world of narrative films, from where on he contributed to multiple projects for streaming platforms like Netflix, Hoichoi, Chorki & iflix. His editorial credits include Taqdeer, Unoloukik, Jaago Bahey, Shaaticup, Kaiser, Karagar, Café Desire, and Guti. He also served as the producer of Taqdeer, Unoloukik, Jaago Bahey, and Karagar.
His directorial credits include the short film Juthi (featured in the anthology Sincerely Yours Dhaka, 2018) and Lights, Camera... Objection (featured in the anthology series Jaago Bahey, which received the National Award in the 'Best Drama Series' category at the Asian Academy Creative Awards).
