Gault lives on a ranch close to Park City, UT near the Utah Film Studio.
In the first quarter of 2024 Gault has appeared in his biggest role to date as Mr. Burdick in Horizon 3 written and directed by Kevin Costner, as Carl in the upcoming TV show Dusty Bluffs with Director MP Cunningham written by Jer Jackson, and a hard driving detective the short Trigger written and directed by the great Rob Diamond.
2023 was full of set success like Lady in the Locket, Homeless, Finding Ruby Mayweather, and Jeffry the Jinx.
Gault continues 2024 attending weekly acting classes with widely acclaimed writer, director and producer Rob Diamond. Gault arrives on set ready to work. "Gault shows up on set like he is familiar with the end zone". Director Rob Diamond.
What is his secret? Gault is not acting. He is the character. Memorized to a point where the lines flow allows Gault to be in the moment with the other characters on set. Allowing Gault to take direction and stay in the moment between takes. Time on set with directors and 6 classes a month allows the emotional fitness required to be free with the character on set.
Cowboy Jim, as he is often called, is very experienced in horse riding and general ranching skills.
Gault provides horses for sets. Other animals like cows and donkeys and a favorite pig, Porsche, available.
