Born into a Rajput Kshatriya Maratha family, she is the daughter of Prakash Bhosale and Pradnya Bhosale, with a sibling named Sanket Bhosale. Rupali pursued her education at St. Thomas Secondary School, Mumbai, and later studied at the University of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Her journey in the entertainment industry began in 2007, initially in theater. Rupali made her Bollywood debut in 2007 with the film "Risk," although her role in the movie was not substantial. In 2009, she ventured into Marathi television with "Man Udhan Varyache" and later appeared in shows like "Don Kinaare Doghi Aapan," "Dilya Ghari Tu Sukhi Raha," and "Kanyadaan."
