Spencer is an Actor, Director and all around Theatre Artist. Spencer holds a BA in Theatre and BA in Cinema and Screen Studies from SUNY Oswego. He studied briefly at the Moscow Art Theatre. Spencer founded a production company in Philadelphia, Sewer Rats Productions, through which he had provided creative support for independent artists as well as produced a variety of projects.
An avid writer, Spencer worked for the Philadelphia Dramatist Guild in a dramaturgical capacity and later served as Vice President. Spencer is also a member of the Dramatist Guild.
