Kevin Douglas is an American writer and producer with a background in playwriting. He completed his MA Screenwriting at Raindance Film School in London, where he studied the anatomy of "romcom" film and TV screenplays. Douglas primarily writes upbeat romantic comedies with nuanced and uplifting depictions of LGBTQ+ characters.
He is the executive director and head writer of Two Cent Lion, an award-winning LGBTQ+ theatre troupe in Denver, Colorado. Their debut short film "Is This True Love," produced in London, marks the company's expansion into film & TV production. Two Cent Lion has several film and theatre productions in development, both in Denver and the UK. Other projects include "The Cinema" (TV), "Will & The World" (Feature) and "Clink Clink" (Theatre/Feature).
