Biography

Marcella Young is a Canadian actress based in Toronto, Ontario. Her recent projects include feature film No Minorities: The Ballad of the Macedonian Diaspora and upcoming Canadian TV series Martyrs: The Chronicles of Blood, and Trickle & Flow.

Marcella grew up in the performing arts and her love of stories and acting led to a degree in literature and actor training at Second City and LB Acting Studios. She also enjoys a physical challenge and has a growing list of special skills, including stage combat, boxing, roller skating, and horseback riding. Marcella believes in the power of storytelling and its ability to bring understanding, empathy and joy into the world.
