Emil "Ink" Minasyan is a musician/filmmaker who was born in the former Soviet Union on January 26, 1980 and relocated to the United States in 1991.
At the age of 15 he began creating music, which led to the release of several original albums and a few film scores to his credit. Emil transitioned from music to filmmaking, creating several short films from beginning to end as a writer, director, composer, editor, cinematographer and actor. "The Heist" is his most well received short to date. It is a multiple award winner in both the United States and over seas.
Currently in production is his new film "DCG" aka "Dead Community Guild"
Emil shoots his movies on Kodak motion picture film.
