Born in Chengdu, China, and now based in Beijing, China and Barcelona, Spain, Yihua Liu is an independent film director, writer,and producer. Graduated from the University of Virginia, USA, majoring in Studio Art with concentration on filmmaking, She got her Master of Fine Arts degree in Film Production from Academy of Film, Hong Kong Baptist University. She has engages in film, advertising and television programs for ten years in the United States, China mainland and Hong Kong.
