Diana Pombo aka Lady D, is a nationally respected young performer, best known for wowing audiences across the globe for her dominance in JLO's NBC's World of Dance Season 1. She is showing the world that she is a multi-talented powerhouse and a force to be reckoned with; not only in dance, but in music as well.
Lady D's journey in the public eye began at only 10 years old while competing on "So You Think You Can Dance; The Next Generation", and then Moving on to "NBC's World of Dance" at age 11, where she moved judge Jennifer Lopez to tears. It was JLo's encouragement and guidance that inspired young Diana to aspire to become a triple-threat, just like her idol. Rapidly gaining notoriety following her performances, Diana moved on to become featured in Jennifer Lopez's "Amor, Amor, Amor" music video, Super Bowl Commercials, Vidcon, Nickelodeon, and much more.
She was the youngest featured soloist performer to tour in the first ever Internationally acclaimed World of Dance, USA tour. She has headlined her self-choreographed performances all over the USA and abroad and has performed as far as Mumbai, India alongside Bollywood renowned star Hrithik Roshan. She has featured in multiple television and live productions around the globe including at Vidcon, WE Day, Aditya Birla Awards, Cirque Productions, Telemundo's Un Nuevo Dia, World of Dance events, DanceOn, Wonderama TV, among others.
In 2020, Lady D set her sights on new goals and new creative avenues of expression through songwriting and singing as she released her first single "I Won't Hide." In 2021, she released "The Past," inspired by the desire to leave behind the very challenging year that was 2020. In 2021, Lady D debuted her "Spanglish" single "Wait" to a live audience in Times Square NYC for a special celebration with the New York Times Square Alliance reopening New York City with Wonderama Television. In 2022 Lady D released her English dance single "Dance With Me" and performed at various live venues such as Playlist Live and Miami's Oasis at Wynwood.
Diana is now gearing up to release new songs, the first of which will be hitting all platforms in the Summer of 2023.
Diana holds residence in Miami and is continues to further her artistic career in music and dancing, as well as acting.
