Austin Robinson was born on March 23rd in Dallas, Texas. He is of African, Native American, & Louisiana Creole descent. Robinson has been performing in theater/dance productions and presenting annual speeches since the age of four. Prior to his start in performing, Austin was entered in a 1994 modeling competition at the age of two and won; earning him a contract, agency placement, and a commercial ad.

He trained in acting with Off-Broadway director Chad Larabee and studied dance (Commercial, Hip-Hop, Modern, Jazz/Fuck, African) with various professors, choreographers, and instructors; including Anthony "Tony" Salatino (Julliard).
