Biography

Jasmine was born in East Palo Alto in the Bay Area, Ca. Starting with background roles throughout the Bay Area she then started booking speaking roles for short and feature films. In 2016 she completed a Meisner technique course in 1 year in Berkeley at WPC with Rachael Adler. She was chosen as a Killing My Lobster fellow for their Sketch comedy acting courses in 2019 and she received a scholarship in 2022 to be seed commission artist for YBGF in San Francisco. She starred in Kiana by Shandaeya Caldwell which is a short on Black mental health during times of protest. When she is not acting she is creating intentional events for community healing and support. As an advocate and member of the LGBT community she runs mutual aid groups to keep supporting the flow of community care. She became SAG June 2022 and is managed by Fresh Entertainmint.
