Dylan Raine has been a passionate and innovative hairdresser for more than 15 years, He lives in West Kelowna, BC home and works as a Hair Department Head on productions around British Columbia. When he is not on set he owns and operates Rose & Raven Boutique Salon in West Kelowna Dylan has lived all over Canada and worked in top salons in Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary, he has an extensive portfolio of editorial work and many seasons styling hair and working with designers at Vancouver, and Toronto Fashion Week.
