Bookout directed the award-winning short documentary film "Inside the Beauty Bubble " and produced the award-winning short films Gloria's Call (2019) , Pure (2019) and I Am Be (2017). She is co-producing a feature-length documentary, Acting Like Women; and prepping to shoot a proof of concept for a sci-fi project, Women of Steel and has a feature-length documentary in the R&D phase.
