Quavo has dropped a new single, “Georgia Ways,” featuring Luke Bryan and Teddy Swims. The genre-bending anthem celebrates the musicians’ home of Georgia, honoring how the state shaped their careers.

The rousing track was released alongside a music video directed by Wyatt Spain, which was shot in the Georgia backcountry. In the clip, Quavo and Bryan go fishing and drive around on ATVs, with Quavo in a Georgia-emblazoned shirt.

The Kid Laroi has dropped a new single, “Slow It Down,” which features Quavo. The track centers on a lyrical reinterpretation of Juvenile’s 2003 number “Slow Motion” as the dual singers croon, “You’re moving too fast, I’m trying to make it last.”

The song marks the first collaboration between The Kid Laroi and Quavo, although both have notably worked with some of the same musicians, including Justin Bieber. The pair previously teased the single with a clip of them in the studio together.

Exclusive: Briarcliff Entertainment has acquired North American distribution rights to director Rob Edwards’ sneaker-themed animated movie Sneaks, voiced by Anthony Mackie, Martin Lawrence, Oscar nominee Laurence Fishburne, Chloe Bailey, and Grammy-winning producer Mustard.

Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik released a joint statement on Thursday to address the tragic death of their former bandmate Payne, after he was announced to have died at the age of 31.

“We’re completely devastated by the news of Liam’s passing. In time, and when everyone is able to, there will be more to say. But for now, we will take some time to grieve and process the loss of our brother, who we loved dearly. The memories we shared with him will be treasured forever. For now, our thoughts are with his family, his friends, and the fans who loved him alongside us. We will miss him terribly. We love you Liam.”

“Transformers One” director Josh Cooley wanted an end credits song that captured the tone of his new animated feature. Travis Scott’s trip to Paris for the 2024 Olympics has added to his legal woes.

On August 8, the 33-year-old rapper was in the City of Lights to take in a USA Men’s Basketball game. The next day, he was arrested following an altercation involving his bodyguard and a security guard at his hotel.

Shortly after 5 a.m. on August 9, police were called to the George V Hotel, where they arrested Scott “following his violent behavior regarding a security guard,” the Paris prosecutor’s office told E! News in a statement. “The latter had intervened to separate Travis from his own bodyguard.”

Rapper Travis Scott has been involved in two separate incidents, one in Paris and the other in Miami, that have landed him in legal trouble.

In the latest development, Scott, 33, was arrested in Paris on August 9 after an alleged altercation involving a security guard and his bodyguard at a luxury hotel. According to the Paris prosecutor’s office, the incident occurred shortly after 5 a.m., with the police being called to the George V Hotel to apprehend Scott due to his “violent behavior” toward the security guard who had intervened to separate the rapper from his bodyguard.

During the hometown appearance, Justin Vernon and co. played a four-song set that included “Towers, “666 ʇ,” and “Flume.” He wrapped his performance with “The Battle Cry of Freedom,” an an abolition-era folk song, which Vernon said has been “rolling around my head these last months. I love this melody.

Kamala Harris is set to hold a rally in Eau Claire, Wisconsin on Wednesday, August 7th with her to-be-announced running mate. Not only that, but she’ll be joined by Eau Claire natives Bon Iver, who will perform at the event.

The rally will is the second stop on Harris’ “Battleground State Tour,” which will begin in Philadelphia on Tuesday. She and her running mate are also expected to hit cities in Wisconsin, Michigan, North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada in the coming days.

The three-time Grammy winner took the stage at the Georgia State Convocation Center on July 30, hyping up the crowd of roughly 10,000 people before the vice president’s speech. Other speakers and performers at the massive event in the battleground state included Migos frontman Quavo, Senators Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff, and Stacey Abrams.
