Julia Rose Gruenberg is an American actress, comedian, and singer-songwriter, best known for her role as "Chloe Yasuda" on the hit ABC series Grey's Anatomy. Julia is also known as "Crystal Baskets" on the FX series Baskets.
Julia started her career on the streets of Las Vegas after discovering a video of her father, "The Former Chainsaw Juggler of Venice Beach." Inspired by him, she told her dad she wanted to make people laugh just like he did. Days later, she was telling jokes, singing her songs, and dancing with crowds on Fremont Street. Her performances quickly garnered attention and she was dubbed "The Next Big Star" by Channel 8 News in a live segment.
Since then, Julia's performed for audiences across notable venues including The Kauffman Center, The Cashman Theater, The American Comedy Company, America's Got Talent, and Jimmy Kimmel Live, working alongside renowned comedians; Rich Little, Louie Anderson, and Howie Mandel. Rose went on to lead in multiple critically acclaimed projects such as "We Belong Here" and "Little Miss Strawberry."
