Jake Disch is a screen and television writer with a flair for comedy, satire, and big, brash, loud characters. He grew up in the small town of Beaver Dam, WI, where he attended the same high school that WWE legend Rick Flair did and dreamed of someday becoming its second-most notable alumnus. He graduated from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN and attended Northwestern University's MFA in Writing for Screen & Stage; he now lives and works in LA. His accolades include a top-ten finalist finish in the 2022 Academy Nicholl Fellowship competition for his comedy "The Supremes" and appearances on the annual Black List in 2018 for his political satire "Gunfight" and 2023 for his take on the FTX scandal, "The Adults in the Room."
