- Graham Webb est né le 19 avril 1936 en Australie. Il était acteur et producteur. Il est connu pour Sound Unlimited (1975), Hamlet (1959) et Blind Date (1967). Il est mort le 26 avril 2024 en Australie.
- He worked for Radio Monte Carlo, Radio Norway and the Voice of Germany before ending up on Radio Caroline South in May 1965. After time as a DJ, with a show called Cobweb Corner, he became news director for the Caroline network organizing the Newsbeat bulletins for both ships.
- Got into broadcasting via a career as a telegram delivery boy. Hollywood film star Rod Taylor asked his help in playing a practical joke on a colleague and was so impressed by his performance that he persuaded him to give up delivering telegrams and take professional acting training. This led to Graham becoming one of Australia's top broadcasters before deciding to try his luck in Europe.
- In 1955 he moved to Brisbane to become the "junior" announcer for 4BH, before moving on to 4GY Gympie to gain more experience.
- He was one of the staff rescued from MV Mi Amigo when she ran aground at Frinton, England in January, 1966.
- After a stint in National Service, Webb returned to Sydney in 1957, where he became the announcer for the Sunday religious programs on 2CH. Subsequently, Webb became Reg Grundy's offsider on the radio version of Wheel of Fortune.
