Ross Cain was born in the 60's in Manchester, England. As a child he lost himself in play and creativity, often as his heroes of the day. As a teenager (besides football) he got involved in acting, modeling and playing drums in the jazz bars, all of which supported him financially through his university years.
He brought his unique creative style into his work (in the fields of marketing, sales and finance) and his career blossomed, He was noted for his excellent interpersonal skills and naturally empathetic manner, winning many business awards. His career eventually brought him to Thailand as a high-profile business executive for a top Swiss company. His creative problem-solving skills earned him an enviable reputation and he led many business role-play acting workshops.
He retired early to take care of his mother and allow him to finally pursue his passion for acting and dream to be on stage and the big screen.
Ross is now a professional film and theatre actor, voice over talent, emcee, model with hobbies of music therapist and outdoor educator.
He has appeared in many leading roles in movies such as The Cave, Artistic Move, Cave Rescue, Soul Transit, Bad Genius, Gods Soldier, Hellhound, and The Mandate which won him his first film 'leading actor' award (he has two for theatre performances as Juror No. 3 in 12 Angry Men, and as The Captain in The Sound of Music (and he is tipped to win another award in the up and coming musical of My Fair Lady as Prof. Higgins).
