Actress Yukti Kapoor, who plays the role of a mother named Kirti in ‘Keh Doon Tumhein’, said that she does not relate to the role much but because of this character, she has been reminiscing about her childhood days with her mom.

Yukti said: “I’m playing a mother, and to be honest, this is my very first time portraying such a role. I don’t relate in that way, but because of this character, I have been reminiscing about all my childhood days with my mother.”

She added: “Whenever I perform as Kirti, especially in my scenes with Puru (Aan Tiwari), my on-screen son, I make sure to do it in a way my mother used to, with warmth, actions, and the way she used to speak. It makes me miss my mom a lot.”

As the show addresses social issues through four women police officers, it is titled, ‘Maddam Sir’. Apart from it, there is a Chingaari Gang in the show which is run by a bunch of women, who use violence for justice.

Mumbai, Dec 6 (Ians) Actor Pradeep Kabra will soon have a cameo appearance in the TV show Maddam Sir.

"People have always appreciated me in negative roles and I sort of have an image of portraying an antagonist in a story. I am thrilled to be a part of 'Maddam Sir'," said the actor, who has featured in movies such as "Delhi Belly" and "Simmba".

Child actor Myra Singh is all set to join the cast of the popular television show, Maddam Sir. The young star plays a girl who loves singing and wants to pursue the calling in future.

"This role is of a girl who loves singing but her father is against it as he feels singing is only for boys. When I got this role, I was very excited because just like Radha, singing is my passion in real life too," said Myra.
