Lee Spalt is a gardener and grandfather who grew up in Southern Illinois, was a professional student at Southern Illinois University, University of Illinois, University of Kentucky and Washington University where he studied math, chemistry & physics, painting, photography & printmaking, medicine & neuropsychiatry, and literature & theater, and worked as a truck driver, mill hand, longshoreman, project director, editor, farmer, physician, coach, and researcher, all jobs which required playing real-life roles. Acting experience included roles as Lenny in "Of Mice and Men," Mitch in "Streetcar Named Desire," and, most recently, the artist in the Dan Steadman/Circa87 film "Love Chronicles (of the Cape)" and Garber in "Proximity."
