Rahmel Merritt

Rahmel was born in Brooklyn, New York. Raised as a "gypsy" in his early years, Rahmel's mother, Arleen, would always move between the busy city of New York & the sunshine state of Florida until finally settling in Brooklyn, New York where his heart always was. After taking a drama class at I.S. 71, his middle school located in Williamsburg, he then found a great love for acting. Many years had past and Rahmel had numerous rejections from countless casting directors until finally meeting Jim Parrack and becoming part of the Playhouse West - Brooklyn Lab acting school, where he attends regularly now.
