Terry William Hamilton

Terry William Hamilton performed with the Southern California Youth Chorale for four years (1968, 1971,1972,1972) performing in most of Western Europe, including the USSR (Russia) and Asia (Japan, Hong Kong, and the Republic of China - Taiwan). He was an elementary school teacher, working in both private and public school. Mr. Hamilton joined the Log Cabin Republicans in Los Angeles, served as President for three terms. He also was Chairman of the California chapter of Log Cabin Republicans. Mr. Hamilton served on the National Board of Log Cabin Republican and was Chairman of the board for several years. During this time he was asked to become a part of the filming of "Gay Republicans" and is credited in that film. Mr. Hamilton is the Historian and Curator of the Southern California Youth Chorale, K. Gene Simmonds Collection. He has created dozens of videos that capture the music, photos and films from the Youth Chorale. His most recent endeavor is Executive Producer of a documentary about the Youth Chorale, due out in 2018. August 4, 2017
