Founded YELLOW inc. One of the leading marketing and distribution consulting firm in the Hindi film industry. A 6 year old self funded venture, which has been profitable within its first year of operations by leveraging strategic alliances, cross media platform knowledge and extensive industry network . Consulted and developed strategic marketing promotions and distribution for over 35 movies over the last 6 years, garnering domestic box office of INR 1,115 crores.. Only marketing firm to have develop part or complete campaigns direct to digital movie releases for Amazon Prime, Disney+HotStar and Zee5 / Zee Plex.
Part of the founding team of Fox Star Studio's India's movie business, setting-up its operations. Responsible for setting up operations, developing and implementing of marketing & communication strategy for theatrical release of the Hindi movies in India and overseas markets. Syndicated and monetized content beyond the traditional streams (explore new platforms and opportunities). Campaigns of Slumdog Millionaire & Quick Gun Murugun, both featured on Brand Equity icons of 2009. Created unconventional revenue models outside prevalent frameworks to deliver an additional INR 2 crores in the first year itself by syndication existing content libraries.
Part of the core team at Globosport Digital to set-up of celebrity based VAS / Mobile and Internet content business. Developed a customized content offering which enable over 25+ celebrities granting rights to monetize them in the virtual world.
At STAR INDIA Responsible for marketing communication and brand management for biggest television brands in India i.e. STAR Plus, STAR Gold, Radio City, STAR Movies, STAR World, STAR 7827 and STAR Utsav. Launched India's first private radio network RADIO CITY. Innovated a first time ever interactive platform using VAS based -SMS system as a interactive platform to deliver effectiveness of FM radio and and also generating additional revenue
