Mustafa Kaymak is the Co-Founder of Cinegryphon Entertainment, an American independent entertainment company specializing in film and television development, production, and financing.
He is an award-winning writer and producer, having received accolades at Sundance (Green, 2019) and Tribeca (Leylak, 2021). Born in Ankara, Turkey, he earned his BA degree in journalism from Ankara University in 2008. He holds two MFA degrees, one in playwriting and another in creative film producing, both from Columbia University. Also, he was honored with the Caucus Foundation and Annenberg Foundation Award.
Currently, he is actively involved in several projects under the Cinegryphon Entertainment banner. He completed the production of "The Shallow Tale of a Writer Who Decided to Write about a Serial Killer," directed by Sundance-winning writer/director Tolga Karacelik and starring Steve Buscemi, Britt Lower, and John Magaro. Additionally, he wrapped up "The Walk- Little Amal," a feature documentary directed by Oscar nominee Tamara Kotevska (Honeyland).
Cinegryphon Entertainment is also in the process of adapting the YA classic novel "The Blue Castle" by Lucy Maud Montgomery into a feature film.
