Originally from Chicago, Michael moved to Los Angeles in 2014 to further pursue his passion in film and television. He wrote his first short film The Undeserved Gift, which he then went on to produce and direct. After the film's success, he later found investors willing to finance his first full length feature film, The Christmas Dance. Michael is now a writer and director for hire while freelance producing film projects in the LA area. He has written over 10 full length features and recently directed and produced iOne Digital's TV show, Chasing Hollywood. Since the move to LA, Michael has produced and directed over 500 promotional videos, campaign ads, and music videos for the likes of Reebok, WeTv, No Limit, MTV, Sony, Essence Festival, ABFF, Mayweather Promotions, and many more. Most recently, Michael produced the feature film Phels High staring Omari Hardwick. With multiple projects in production and development the future is bright for this rising star director.
