Alexis Kerouac is an actress, director and musician. On her own from a young age, Alexis set out to discover the world while still in her teens. Alexis Kerouac arrived in Los Angeles the early 2000's. In 2015, while working in a Hollywood neighborhood - doing voluntary restorative maintenance, she was discovered by a local resident and award winning director.
Alexis Kerouac is also a writer, having been published in Flaunt Magazine twice.
In 2015, Alexis Kerouac was approached to help write and star in the feature film 'Someone Somewhere'. Alexis was drawn to the role because she had a strong desire to normalize, and show a different perspective of a trans person then those she thought had been previously documented in film.
In 2019, at the Culver City Film Festival, 'Someone Somewhere' received the honor of Audience Award for Best Feature Film.
Alexis continues to live and work in Hollywood. She has two dogs who are her pride and joy. Alexis believes artistic expression to be the ultimate therapy for overcoming tough times in life. Alexis is also a musician, playing lead guitar and keyboards with contributing artists.
