Gabriel Alvim is a dramatist, producer and director. Born in São Paulo, he studied dramaturgy at Club Noir, Sesi-SP and Stockholm Academy of Dramatic Arts (Sweden). He wrote and directed short films (According to Wishes, Carnival Flesh and Bloom); and feature films (Ready Made and ForNever Alone), which were screened at important film festivals around the world such as Festival Internacional del Nuevo Cine Latinoamericano (Cuba) and Rencontres du Cinéma Sud Americain (France); and licensees for television channels with digital release on streaming platforms in Brazil. He's last feature, ForNever Alone, just won the Best Feature Film Award at the NòtFilm Festival (ago/23).
