Her professional training began in New York City at the Herbert Berghof (HB) Studio in Greenwich Village in the Uta Hagen Technique.
Richa is a proud, long time volunteer with Musicians on Call, a nonprofit organization that brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients, families, and caregivers in healthcare environments. She serves as a Volunteer Guide who, along with the Volunteer Musician, delivers live, in-room performances to patients undergoing treatment or unable to leave their beds.
Richa continues her volunteer work with Musicians on Call in an additional role. She is a Co-Host along with a Volunteer Musician and the Seacrest Studios manager for a live broadcast program for inpatients at the Children's Hospital via their partnership with the Ryan Seacrest Foundation.
