Nicholas Manuel Pino is a Chilean American writer/director, committed to telling diverse stories. He was awarded the "Emerging Voices Fellowship" from New Orleans Film Festival and was named a "40 Under 40 in New Orleans" from Gambit Magazine. Recently, he wrote and directed his feature film debut BOSCO which stars Theo Rossi, Aubrey Joseph, Tyrese Gibson, Vivica A. Fox, and Thomas Jane that has been acquired by NBCUNIVERSAL and will be released as a Peacock Original. His scripts have been awarded commendations from leading screenplay contests and his films have screened in festivals around the world. Commercially, he's directed content for brands including, Live Nation, Spotify, Sony Records, Modelo, and Southern Comfort. Prior to writing and directing he was the frontman of award-winning bands in New Orleans and composed music for film and TV such as The Equalizer, Deep Water, and Music and the Mind.
