Biography

Caitlin Cavannaugh is an actor, known for American Rust (2021) and Chicago Fire (2012).

In addition to being an actor, she is a singer, harpist, accordionist, and voiceover artist.

Alongside screen work, she has performed at numerous professional theatre companies nationally and internationally, including The Purple Rose Theatre, Texas Shakespeare Festival, and the Sabanci Theater Festival in Adana, Turkey.

She is from Chicago, IL and holds a BFA Acting degree from Northern Illinois University and a Certificate of Acting from the Moscow Art Theatre School in Russia and is a resident artist at the Purple Rose Theatre Company, which was founded by Jeff Daniels.
