Brooklyn, NY is where writer/director/ Moise Verneau spent his formative years. His first work as a filmmaker was "Money & Violence". A gritty urban episodic drama that burst onto the digital space via Youtube, and became a viral phenomenon. Moise wrote, directed and edited this production, which garnered him an award from The Tribeca Film Festival recognizing those making great strides in the digital space. He also received the Best Episodic Producer award from the "Black and Latino Film Coalition". Following the conclusion of Money & Violence's first two seasons, Moise moved on to develop and produce "The Spot". A non-traditional crime drama in which all of the action takes place in a single apartment. Throughout the entirety of this episodic series, Moise puts on full display his ability to keep the viewer engaged. Moise is a master at getting the most out of as little as possible, and he employs every facet of life experience to pack every scene with drama and emotion. As a writer, Moise has contributed to several network television productions, including "American Gods" and "Godfather Of Harlem". This self-taught writer/filmmaker has creative vision and provides a rawness that is unmatched.
