Biography

A multifaceted talent with a passion for the entertainment industry, Nafsika Antypas is an accomplished TV host, executive producer, actress, writer, and entrepreneur. With a motto of "If You Plant It, It Will Grow!" and a belief in the power of visualization, Nafsika is dedicated to pursuing her dreams with unwavering determination. Her extensive experience and creative endeavors have garnered recognition and success, making her a sought-after professional in the industry.

Antypas had obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University, majoring in English Literature. She has also studied, TV productions, journalism, languages (Italian and Spanish), and marketing, and further received three certificates from the same university. She later received her health coaching certification.

Antypas was raised in a Greek household in Montreal, Canada, and handled many operations of her father's food business, Pilaros Inc., which is where she received her entrepreneurial skills that was very beneficial to her international food company and brand, Nafsika's Garden. She also runs her 501(c)(3) non-profit charity to help victims of violence (People Against Violence Org.).

Antypas loves to challenge herself creatively, and will always be working on an exciting, new project.
