Trouble Funk is an American funk and go-go band based in Washington, D.C. The band was formed in 1978, and comprises of Chester "T-Bone" Davis, "Big" Tony Fisher, Emmett Nixon, James Avery, Robert Reed, Taylor Reed, Gerald Reed, and Mack Carey. The group release the groundbreaking go-go albums "Live: Straight Up Funk Go Go Style" in 1981 and "Drop the Bomb" in 1982.
