Michel Tabet(1930-2021)

Lebanese actor and hair stylist who emerged in 1944 through Al Nahda Art Group, he studied at the Institute of Arts then founded Al Arz Troupe with Michel Tamer and George Kaai in 1945, they produced many plays then produced their first film in 1950 titled The Torment of the Conscience, followed by several others. He also worked as a hair stylist and makeup artist aside his work as an actor. He appeared in his first TV series in 1959 titled The Artistic Director directed by Elias Matta. Throughout his career, Mishal Tabet appeared in over 2600 episodes, 40 films, and 2000 voice-over episodes and several stage productions. He was also President of the Actors Syndicate in Lebanon for a long time.
