Alexandra Vetter is a filmmaker based in Berlin. In 2010, she completed her Master's degree in Theatre, Film and Media Studies at the Goethe University in Frankfurt. She then specialized in documentary and short film production, shooting in Germany, the UK, Russia, Italy and Ireland. Her work has been screened at several international film festivals including Bloomsday Film Festival and Undeground Cinema Film Festival in Ireland, Chicago Irish Film Festival as well as Open Air Film Fest Weiterstadt, Reflecta - Rethink Your World, Frankensteiner Film Festival, International Theatre Festival Frankfurt am Main "Sommerwerft" etc. in Germany. Her video works have been shown in various museums and galleries such as the Historisches Museum Frankfurt, Weltkulturen Museum, Ausstellungshalle 1A etc. In 2021, her film Flaneur was awarded as the Best Joycean Short Film by the James Joyce Centre.
