Max has had a life-long passion for film. He studied film production and broadcasting in high school. Then went to Brigham Young University to get a degree in Media Arts Studies. There he worked at the university's rental house and worked on sets for non-union commercials, music videos, shorts and features. After graduating, he returned to Georgia to continue his dream. He is now a member of the International Cinematographers Guild.
