Rob majored in finance at Gonzaga University, has a Master's Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University, and studied acting at the William Esper Studio and the Actor's Studio and Drama School MFA program in New York.
He also briefly played semi-professional basketball in Australia, climbed Kilimanjaro, wrote about young voters for national news agencies, interned at Rolling Stone Magazine, and once wore a Hawaiian shirt to a hometown Montana rodeo. Never again.
