Rush Whitacre (1979 to present) grew up in the small village of Beverly Ohio, 1979 to present. Born to Victor C. Whitacre MD, and Penelope R Warren MD in the year 1979 on February 20th in Marietta Ohio at Marietta Memorial Hospital, delivered by a doctor whose name was 'Doc Holiday'. Rush attended high school at Fort Frye from 1993-97 and then went on to attend college at various institutes from 1997 to 2011 such as Washington State CC, Ohio State, Maryville College TN, Marietta College, and then finishing his BFA at Ohio University, Athens, before going for his MFA at the University of Cincinnati 2011. After graduating from Cincinnati Rush moved to New York where he worked at the Metropolitan Museum of Art until receiving word that his father was ill in 2012 and Rush was needed back in Ohio. Since Rush moved back to his home village he has been teaching art at Washington State Community College and helping out the local Indy-film industry with set design, props, and acting in small and sometimes large parts such as the leading male role of Sheriff, Jake Genovise, in the suspense slasher film "The Axeman of Henderson County" which was premiered November 15th 2014.
