Larissa Figueiredo is a Brazilian filmmaker and visual artist. She studied Literature in Brasília and Film in France, Argentina, and Switzerland. Her works include the hybrid feature film O Touro (2015), which received the Visions Sud Est Award and had its world premiere at the 44th Rotterdam International Film Festival. Larissa has also worked on various projects as a screenwriter, director, producer, and editor, ranging from award-winning short films at international festivals to TV series for channels such as Disney+, HBO, Canal Curta and Canal Brasil. Larissa believes in the re-enchantment of the world as an affective, political, and ethical way of existence.
