Shannon Lee Day

In addition to working on different film projects in Chicago, Shannon also has an extensive stage career. Shannon has been lucky enough to bring art to life through song, dance, and acting and she finds the most enjoyment in the enjoyment of others. She has also taken to character performing in which she brings various characters to life at events all around Chicago. Using experiences in her own life such as living in Rome and traveling all over Europe as well as her escapades into business, law, and government, Shannon feels she finds a uniqueness in her characters which helps her create them. She has taken several breaks from performing to produce, choreograph, and direct many plays including Steve Martin's Picasso at the Lapin Agile. Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, she has always had a genuine thirst for enrichment and a curiosity for other cultures. Shannon continues to strive and learn the dynamics of a well rounded production from casting to final curtain/Slate. Following wholeheartedly her role models both personnel and well know, Shannon always strives to bring dedication, energy, and excitement to every project and as Disney himself said "it's kinda fun to do the impossible" so bring it on ;)!
