Okada and Briscoe locked up with Okada backing Briscoe to the ropes. They locked up again and Mark back up Okada this time. Mark hammered Okada with forearms. Mark followed up with a suplex. Briscoe hit Okada with a boot, knocking Okada out of the ring. Mark dropkicked Okada through the ropes. Okada took himself out of the range of a cactus elbow from Mark. Mark followed Okada anyway, charged at Okada, but Okada countered with a drop toe hold onto a steel chair.

Dralistico knocked Beef to the mat with a highflying shoulder block. Beef cartwheeled and fired back with a dropkick. Jd Drake tagged in and splashed Dralistico. Butcher and Rush entered the match for their respective teams and slugged it out. Rush connected with a rolling elbow strike, dropping the Butcher to a knee. The Beast Mortos ate a leg drop from the middle rope from Jd Drake. The Beast retaliated with a Samoan Drop. Lfi employed quick tags, isolating Jd Drake in their corner and working him over.

Lio rocked Black with a stunner, but Black bounced back with a kick. Black dodged a kick with a Matrix style move, keeping up with Lio’s fast speed. Andretti tagged in and ate a kick from Buddy. Lio had to hold Action back as his temper got the better of him. Buddy blasted Lio with a rising knee strike, knocking Lio out of the ring. Action grabbed Buddy’s leg and Lio rocketed out of the ring with a tope suicida.

Match #1: Aew Women’s World Championship Eliminator Match – Toni Storm def. Taya Valkyrie The following is courtesy of allelitewrestling.com:

Ian Riccaboni joined Tony and Nigel on commentary for Battle of the Belts. Toni took down Taya with a Thesz Press and grounded and pounded her with left and right fists! Storm smashed Taya with a running hip attack. Outside the ring, Taya lured Toni into the steel ring steps and charged at Toni with the meteora. Storm rallied back with a hip attack in the ring. Toni spiked Taya with a Ddt for a near fall. Taya slid beneath Storm and the bottom rope and nailed Toni with a German Suplex.

She along with Thunder Rosa were the first two women to main event the show St. Patrick’s Day 2021 when they tore the house down in an “Unsanctioned Lights Out Anything Goes” match. Match #1: Sammy Guevera def. Konesuke Takeshita

My Thoughts: When Sammy Guevara isn’t messing around with the Jsa or p*ssing off fans with over-the-top affection to his wife Tay Melo on TV he Can actually wrestle. And thankfully that’s what happened here, as Gueara and Takeshita really delivered a great opening match. I wouldn’t have had Takeshita lose, but as other have noted – he probably lost to push the Don Callis angle. Which I guess I can live with, if it means Takeshita gets to the next level in Aew.

Match #1: TNT Championship – Powerhouse Hobbs def. Rey Fenix

My Thoughts: The very definition of a David vs. Goliath wrestling match, this turned out to be a superb battle between two men who had totally different styles and were totally different sizes. Given the squash matches Hobss has had recently, you’d have expected less of a battle for him against the smaller Fenix but this match was booked brilliantly so that just when you thought that was the case, it wasn’t! I was also pleasantly surprised we didn’t get shenanigans from Qtv either!

Welcome to this review of Impact Wrestling’s No Surrender 2023 – which has a Stacked card featuring not one but Two Countdown to… matches, the first of which saw Gisele Shaw surprisingly defeat Deonna Purrazzo; and then we had Jonathan Gresham defeat Mike Bailey (the wrong result Imho). The winner of this match will advance to the Four-Way #1 Contenders match at No Surrender! Dango hits a jumping leg drop, forcing Myers to retreat to the outside. Myers hides under the ring, then goads Dango in as he pulls him into the unforgiving steel beam. Back in the ring, Myers spikes him with a Ddt for two. Both men are down following a collision in the middle of the ring. Dango builds momentum with a side Russian leg sweep, then hits the Falcon Arrow for a near fall. Dango gets caught in the ring apron, leading to a Roster Cut clothesline on the outside.

With Major League Wrestling making its debut tonight on Reelz, the ad-supported cable channel hopes to recreate the impossible. Launched in 2006 as Reelz Channel, then best known as home to Leonard Maltin’s “Maltin on Movies” and hosting the Visual Effects Society Awards, it went through many iterations — until recently, none terribly successful. A year ago, it ranked a dim 51 in cable primetime among its key demo for advertising, adults 25-54.

And then, a miracle. On July 22, 2022, Reelz premiered “On Patrol Live,” its revival of the format behind canceled A&e hit “Live P.D.” Today, Reelz is No. 19 and its year-to-year ratings rose a whopping 274 percent

“We thought it would do well… it just blew everything out of the water,” Steve Cheskin, SVP of programming at Reelz, told IndieWire. “And it’s pulling everything up with it.”

Mike Jackson looks to become the oldest X-Division Champion of all time as he challenges Trey Miguel! Jackson has him reeling in the early going until Miguel goads him into a cheap shot. Miguel crashes an burns on a springboard Moonsault attempt, providing Jackson with an opening. Jackson hits a neckbreaker but Miguel tosses him to the floor to shut down his momentum. Jackson sidesteps, sending Miguel crashing into the steel ring post. Back in the ring, Jackson goes Old School as he walks across the top rope. Miguel fights him off, then connects with Lightning Spiral to retain the X-Division Title.

Next month, “South Park” returns to its broadcasting home and long-running time slot, airing on Comedy Central on Wednesday nights. The animated series’ 26th season is set to premiere Feb. 8 at 10 p.m.

“South Park” fans won’t have to worry about the fate of Stan, Eric, Kyle and Kenny until 2028 as co-creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone signed an expansive deal with MTV Entertainment Studios, taking the series through an unprecedented 30th Season. This deal also includes 14 “South Park” original made-for-streaming events exclusively on Paramount+, including “South Park: The Streaming Wars” Parts 1 and 2, “South Park: Post Covid” and “South Park: Post Covid: The Return of Covid”.

After the Season 26 premiere, all new episodes will be available to stream in HD on SouthPark.cc.com, Cc.com and the Comedy Central App.

Mlw will debut on Reelz on February 7 at 10 pm Et with a new weekly primetime series, Mlw Underground Wrestling. The show promises “a new era of wrestling for a new generation of fans,” featuring a diverse mix of top athletes, including Mlw World Champion Alex Hammerstone, Women’s Featherweight Champion Taya Valkyrie, Jacob Fatu, and John Hennigan. The first episode features a clash of the titans as Hammerstone faces off against ex-NFL player Ej Nduka in a Last Man Standing match for the World Championship. Grappling is about to go primetime on Reelz: the channel has become the official U.S. home of Major League Wrestling. It’s the biggest platform yet for the professional wrestling organization.

The weekly block of Mlw programing will kick off February 7 at 10pm Et/ 7pm Pt with a new flagship series called Mlw Underground Wrestling. With a goal to usher in a new generation of fans, the series will feature fighters such as Mlw World Champion Alex Hammerstone, “The Certified G” Real1, Women’s Featherweight Champion Taya Valkyrie, John Hennigan, Jacob Fatu, “The World’s Greatest Wonder” Microman and more.

The first episode, titled “Titan vs Titan” will pit Hammerstone against ex-NFL player Ej Nduka in a Last Man Standing World Championship Match. It will also showcase Real1, the Bomaye Fight Club and Mance Warner.

Immediately following the series each week, Reelz will package classic Mlw programming. First up on Feb.

Professional wrestler Chelsea Green recently displayed an icy cold look with her unique ring gear but still managed to sizzle and achieve a winning performance during Impact Wrestling.

The 31-year-old was in action this past Thursday for a high-profile match as part of Impact’s weekly televised show, with her Vxt tag team partner also present.

For Chelsea’s latest gear, she stunned in a skimpy top and matching trunks with strategic cutouts on one side. Both items featured a gorgeous frosty blue-and-white design and a sparkling white cap to create her ice queen look.

Ahead of her upcoming championship defense, Chelsea Green was stunning her hundreds of thousands of followers with her sizzling look, featuring a unique peekaboo bodysuit.

The Impact Wrestling star shared a photo on her official Instagram, modeling the dazzling one-piece item featuring sleeves and strategic cutouts, including one that almost resembled a heart.

Those cutouts revealed Green’s sculpted body, including her obliques and legs, along with a sparkly bra.

In a simplistic-but-stunning pose, Green had one hand atop her head and the other clutching the lower midsection piece of her bodysuit.

The dynamic duo of Chelsea Green and Deonna Purrazzo grabbed plenty of attention with several recent social media posts showing fans their tight leather attire.
