Since 2014, Kiera has used a wheelchair for mobility for undisclosed reasons. With her leading role as Chloe in her feature film debut, Run (2020), she became the first real life wheelchair user to star in a major thriller in 73 years, since Susan Peters in The Sign of the Ram (1948).
