Joey Skeele was born March 16th, 1996 in Portland, Oregon. He is a member of the Dodge College of Film and Media Arts Class of 2018 at Chapman University, and an alumni of the National Film Festival for Talented Youth, held in Seattle. He lives and studies in Orange, California, earning a BFA in Film Production with an emphasis in directing.
