Bobby Briggs(I)
- Actor
- Sound Department
- Second Unit Director or Assistant Director
Bobby Briggs was born and raised in a small town south of Boston,
Massachusetts, where he went on to raise a family of his own. At an
early age, he had a strong interest in music and performing, attempting
to play any instrument he could get his hands on, and perform skits to
entertain those around him. By high school he was participating in band
and stage productions, as well as being a regular DJ at the local radio
station.
Bobby performed with several top area bands for many years, including ''3rd Generation", "Up Front", and "The Players", of which he co-wrote and performed their hit "Maybe Tonight". With a passion for TV and film, Bobby secured a position with a local broadcasting company as an AD for all the local access shows. It was here that the desire set in to achieve as many of the various skills of production as possible.
Still active in music writing, performing, and production, the opportunity arose for Bobby to move to Las Vegas in pursuit of a full time career in acting and film production. Within weeks after his arrival, Bobby was cast for a featured role in the film "Sins Of Our Youth", and was working for Dragon Studios on their Indie short, "Hell In Vegas". Bobby has written several music compositions, as well as two short screenplays. In addition, he continues his training, and is actively involved with several local Independent production companies in various capacities, while maintaining an emphasis on furthering his acting career.
