Paul Edwin Ortega Jr born November 18 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania to
Paul and Caryl Ortega. The youngest of three, Ortega Jr is known mostly
for his work with "Lone Rivers" - a film that he and his friend Jordan
Foster created. Ortega Jr and Foster worked together at their local
movie theater, there they both discussed movies which resulted in their
decision to make an advertisement that would play before all the
current features to warn patrons about the theaters cell phone policy.
The duo took the excitement over the advertisement and started their
work on a feature length film.
