Anthony Boisselle was born in Santa Monica California. He was raised in Los Angeles and attended the local public schools. As a youth, he was a proud member of the International Order of DeMolay, and the Santa Monica Police Explorers. He got his first job at 13 years old working for the City of Los Angeles, Recreation and Parks.
He graduated from University High School. He played volleyball and soccer for the high school teams. He later received a Bachelors in Emergency Management and a Masters in Public Administration from Cal Sate Northridge.
In 1999, he graduated from the Rio Hondo Police Academy and became a police officer, a career he still enjoys to this day. He was a member of the department's SWAT Team, OIC of the Counter-terrorism Unit, and now holds the rank of Captain. He's Internationally known and recognized as a subject matter expert and is a published author.
His knowledge and experiences brought him to the film industry where he enjoys working as a technical advisor and learning "movie magic." When asked about his time on the set, he simply said, "I thought SWAT school was hard. Working alongside the most passionate, hard working and dedicated actors, directors, producers, and crew has tripled my love of film. I've worked with the best of the best and I have so much love, admiration, and respect for each person I've worked with. Ive made some great friends and have great mentors in the industry and I look forward to working with them again."
